Seidr, in Norse tradition, is a form of magic associated with weaving fate and divination, often performed by practitioners known as Volva. The practice, often performed on Fridays, involved symbolic acts that include the use of textiles, reflecting the connection between weaving and the manipulation of destiny. I have found, that on my own path of healing, the repetitive mindfullness and use of patterns has helped me to notice other patterns in my life, thus creating more awareness and motivation towards change.
